CORONAVIRUS UPDATE TO OUR CUSTOMERS
The health and safety of our customers and staff is extremely important to Ottawa Savings Bank. Because of the increasing concerns surrounding the Coronavirus and in order to do our part to support the on-going efforts of our healthcare officials, Ottawa Savings Bank will be temporarily suspending lobby access at all three of our banking facilities beginning on Thursday, March 19, 2020. This includes our main facility in Ottawa as well as our two Twin Oaks Savings branch facilities in Marseilles and Morris.
We will be accepting in-branch appointment requests on a limited basis and appointments with our loan officers will be handled on an individual basis.
Rest assured that we will continue to serve your banking needs in the following ways:
Drive-up and Night Deposit Services
Our Drive-up services will remain open during our regular business hours and will offer most banking services. Customers who do not own a vehicle are welcome to utilize our drive-up facilities. In these cases, we ask that you please use the lane closest to the building and please be alert to vehicle traffic, and we ask that drivers please be alert to our walk-up customers. Our night deposit services will remain available at all of our locations.
Online and Mobile Banking
Our Online and Mobile Banking services will continue to provide you with 24-hour access to your account information from the safety and comfort of your home. These services allow you to check balances, deposit checks and make payments and transfers using your computer or mobile device.
We have ATMs located at each of our banking facilities in Ottawa, Marseilles and Morris as well as an ATM located at Herman’s Package Store, 504 W. Main Street in Ottawa. In addition, OSB is a member of the MoneyPass ATM network which offers surcharge-free access to more than 30,000 ATMs nationwide. Use the ATM locator on our mobile app or go to moneypass.com to find the nearest ATM in the MoneyPass network.
We will continue to remain available by phone. Please feel free to call any of our banking locations during regular business hours.
These are certainly challenging times for all of us. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we do our part to support the social-distancing initiatives established by our healthcare officials. We look forward to continuing to serve your banking needs and re-establishing full lobby access just as soon as possible.
Please stay safe and healthy. Kindest Regards,
Craig M. Hepner President & CEO
