EZ Bank

A Safe, Convenient Way to Manage Your MONEY!

Ottawa Saving’s EZ Bank system gives you 24-hour access to all your accounts whether you’re across the street or across the country, no matter what time zone you’re in. You’re never out of the neighborhood, and the bank is never closed. The answer to your banking needs is as close as the nearest phone.

Need a rate? What’s your balance? Did that check clear? Any time, day or night, you can call EZ Bank and get the answers to these questions and more. All you need to do is contact our customer service department at 815-433-2525 and obtain your CIF number.  Dial 1-866-688-2921 and enter your CIF number followed by the last four digits of your Social Security Number and you’re in. Use your 10 digit account number for each account (which appears on your statement) to access your information.

Once you have reached EZ Bank, you will hear a pre-recorded message which will help to guide you through the system’s many options. Make your selections from your touch tone telephone.

There’s no need to sign up, your account is already on our system. All you need to do is dial 1-866-688-2921 (1-866-OTTAWA1) and follow the instructions below!

EZ Bank Instructions

The EZ Bank menu prompts you as follows:

  • #1 – Touchtone Phone

Then it prompts you for the following:

  • #1-Account Information
  • #2-Transfer Funds*
  • #3-Loan Modeling
  • #4-Change your Personal Identification Number (PIN)
  • #8-General Information
  • #0-Customer Service

Enter your Social Security Number and then your current Personal Identification Number (PIN)

If you hit #1 for Account Information you will be prompted as follows:

  • #1-Checking Account Information
  • #2-Savings Account Information
  • #3-Retirement Plan Information
  • #4-Certificate Information
  • #5-Loan Information
  • #9-Main Menu

Enter your 10 digit account number
